By accessing and playing Alien Goats Invasion ("the Game") on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.
2. Game Description
Alien Goats Invasion (AGI) is a retro-style physics-based game where players battle alien goats to earn points. The Game includes features such as:
Animal merging gameplay mechanics
Point earning system with maximum limits per game
Daily $AGI prize system
Referral system
Global leaderboard
In-game purchases using Solana $AGI tokens
3. User Accounts
Your account is created when you connect your Solana wallet. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of your connected wallet
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your account information is accurate
4. Game Rules & Fair Play
You agree NOT to:
Use bots, scripts, or automation tools
Exploit bugs or glitches
Modify game client or server communications
Attempt to exceed the maximum points limit
Create multiple accounts to abuse referral system
Engage in any form of cheating or unfair play
Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
5. Virtual Currency & Purchases
The Game offers virtual currency (points) that can be:
Earned through gameplay
Claimed as daily $AGI prizes
Earned through referrals
Purchased with Solana $AGI tokens
Important: All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Points have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. Valley Coins (Section 5.1) are the sole exception and are governed by the terms below.
5.1 Valley Coins
“AGI: The Valley” uses an in-game currency called Valley Coins. Valley Coins are backed 1:1 by $AGI tokens held in the Valley Vault wallet: you obtain them by depositing $AGI at an in-game bank, and you may convert them back to on-chain $AGI (a “cash-out”), subject to the following:
Every cash-out carries a 10% deduction that is burned or paid to your referrer; you receive 90%, and you pay the Solana network fee.
Coins carried in your character's backpack are DROPPED at your location when your character dies and may be taken by any player or expire — this loss is a core game mechanic and is not compensable.
Coins stored in the in-game bank vault are not affected by death.
Coins earned from gameplay (monster drops, shop sales) come from a limited daily emission budget with per-account caps and reduced rates for accounts without a qualifying deposit; rates, caps, prices and minimums may change at any time.
Deposits, cash-outs and the coin economy may be paused at any time for maintenance, security or economic integrity reasons; during a pause your coins remain recorded and deposits/cash-outs resume when the pause lifts.
Accounts flagged for cheating, botting or exploiting may have coin earning and cash-outs suspended pending review.
6. Referral Program
Our referral program allows you to earn bonus points by inviting friends. You agree to:
Only share referral links through appropriate channels
Not spam or mislead potential users
Not create fake accounts for referral bonuses
7. Intellectual Property
All game content including graphics, animations, sounds, and code are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
Loss of virtual currency or game progress
Service interruptions or downtime
Damages arising from use of the Game
Third-party actions including payment processors
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our to understand how we collect and use your information.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violation of these terms or any reason we deem necessary for the health of the game community.
